لا يجوز المسح على الشراب اذا كان تحت الكعبين
السؤال
ما حكم المسح على الشراب القصير الذي قد يظهر منه الكعب ؟
الجواب
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين . أما بعد :
لا يجوز المسح على الجورب القصير؛ فمن شروط المسح على الخفين أن يغطي محل الفرض، والجورب الذي يظهر منه الكعب لم يغطي محل الفرض.
وعلى هذا لا يجوز المسح عليه. والله تعالى أعلم.
