صورة نشرتها جريدة هيوستون كرونيكل لداوود الداوود مدير ارامكو في هيوستون وهو يحتضن بعطف وحنان انسة او سيدة من ضحايا اعصار كاترينا بعد ان سلمها مفاتح فيلا جديدة من ضمن 25 فيلا كدفعة اولى بنتها ارامكو في شمال مدينة هيوستون من ضمن 150 فيلا ستبنى في ولايات اخرى … ونقلت الجريدة تصريحات لاحد موظفي ارامكو اسمه ضياء الياس قال فيه ان الله بعث به الى هيوستون حتى يقدم مساعدة للضحايا 

ترى .. لماذا لا يبعث الله بمديري شركة ارامكو السعودية الى مدينة جدة وضواحيها - بدلا من شمال هيوستون - لبناء بيوت ولو من القش لفقراء السعودية ممن يعيشون على المزابل في جدة وغيرها .

أعرب سكان 24منزلاً تم بناؤها بتبرع من حكومة وشعب المملكة العربية السعودية في هذه المدينة للمتضررين من إعصار كاترينا عام 2005عن شكرهم وامتنانهم لشعب وحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على هذه المكرمة. وقال رئيس مؤسسة "هابيتات فور هيومانيتي" الأميركية التي أشرفت على بناء هذه المنازل التي تم إجلاء أصحابها من مدينة نيو أورلينز بولاية لويزيانا التي دمرها الإعصار كاترينا ودمرها عن بكرة أبيها إن "حياة 24أسرة أميركية قد تغيرت إلى الأبد حين تسلموا مفاتيح منازلهم الجديدة في هذه المدينة".

أرامكو.. الخيرية؟! 
* نشرت صحيفة «هيوستن كرونيكل» خبراً مطولاً مفصلاً، نحسبه يُشكِّل صدمة عنيفة لكل مواطن سعودي قرأه وغاص في تفاصيله وخلفياته، ولابد أن يتساءل عن: دوافع (الفعل) في ما أقدمت عليه: شركتنا السعودية العملاقة (أرامكو)، وما انحسرت عنه يدها داخل الوطن، إذا ما تأكد لدينا أنها باتت «شركة سعودية» من رأسها إلى أخمص قدميها ولم تعد أمريكية!! 
ودعونا ـ في البدء ـ نقرأ نص ما نشرته الصحيفة الأمريكية/ هيوستن كرونيكل: 
ـ في داخل اطار نشرت الصحيفة صورة على أربعة أعمدة للسيد/ داوود الداوود: مدير أرامكو في هيوستن وهو يحتضن ـ بعطف وحنان! ـ آنسة أو سيدة من ضحايا إعصار «كاترينا» بعد ان قام سعادته بتسليمها مفاتيح فيلا جديدة، هي واحدة من 25 فيلا كدفعة أولى قامت «أرامكو» ببنائها في شمال «هيوستن» ضمن (150) فيلا ستبنى في ولايات أخرى!! 
ونقلت الصحيفة تصريحاً لأحد موظفي «أرامكو» اسمه: ضياء إلياس، قال فيه: 
ـ إن الله بعثني إلى هيوستن لأقدم مساعدة للضحايا!!

* والسؤال الذي سطَّره مَنْ نشر هذا الخبر عبر «الانترنت» يقول: 
ـ ترى… لماذا لا يبعث الله بمدير شركة أرامكو (السعودية) إلى شمال الرياض، بدلاً من شمال هيوستن، لبناء بيوت للفقراء من أهل الوطن ممن يعيشون على الكفاف، أو لفقراء أطراف مدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة؟! 
و…. كما أضاف الخبر: فإن حلاً لمشكلة الأحياء الفقيرة داخل المملكة ممن يعيشون في براكيات من الشينكو/ الزينكو، نقترح عليهم الهجرة إلى ولاية «لويزيانا» الأمريكية التي تعرضت للإعصار.. فإذا ضرب الإعصار الولاية مرة أخرى سيسارع السيد/ داوود الداوود ببناء فلل وشقق للتعبير عن مدى كرم وحب الشعب السعودي للشعب الأمريكي!!

DOCTOR ACCUSED OF MISDIASNOSING 200+ KIDS

Today we spoke to a mother, Angel Guy, who received some devastating news when her son was just three years old. Her son's pediatric neurologist, Dr. Yasser Awaad, told her that her son had a seizure disorder and that she should not have any more children for fear they could be born with epilepsy.

But, alas, six long years later, after a powerful medication regimen and multiple brain tests each year, she found out her son doesn't have a seizure disorder at all. And as it turns out, she's not the only one claiming her child was misdiagnosed.

Our other guest was Brian J. Brenner, one of the attorneys representing more than 200 families that say Dr. Awaad misdiagnosed their children, too. Brenner says it was all for the money. On our air, he said he had someone crunch the numbers and there is no way Dr. Awaad could have earned the $600,000+ salary he pulled in in 2005 if he was doing what he was supposed to.

Dr. Awaad is no longer working in Dearborn, MI, but he is reportedly still practicing medicine in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

اليمنيون الأكثر زواجاً بالسعوديات ثم الكويتيون

اليمنيون الأكثر زواجاً بالسعوديات ثم الكويتيون

سبق – متابعة : كشفت مؤشرات وإحصائيات وزارة العدل السعودية عن تصدر اليمنيين الزواج بمواطنات سعوديات، يليهم الكويتيون.

وقالت صحيفة "الدار" الكويتية: إن عدد عقود زواج الأجانب من سعوديات بلغت 1944 عقداً، بنسبة 1.4 بالمئة من إجمالي عقود الزواج بالمملكة، وكانت أعلى جنسية هي اليمنية بعدد 419 عقداً، تليها الجنسية الكويتية بعدد 407 عقود، ثم القطرية 193 عقداً، ثم السورية 176 عقداً.

كما كشفت وزارة العدل السعودية أن عدد عقود الزواج التي أصدرتها محاكم المملكة لسعوديين تزوجوا من غير سعوديات بلغ 2141 بنسبة 1.5 بالمئة من إجمالي عقود الزواج، وكانت أعلى جنسية هي اليمنية بعدد 1017 عقداً، تليها الجنسية السورية 164 عقداً، ثم الباكستانية 145 عقداً، ثم الفلسطينية 104 عقود زواج.

وقد بلغ إجمالي حالات طلاق السعوديين المتزوجين من غير سعوديات 555 حالة بنسبة 2 بالمئة، وكانت أعلى جنسية اليمنية بعدد 115 تليها السورية 111، ثم المصرية 78، ثم الباكستانية 30 حالة.

كما كان للسعوديات المتزوجات من أجانب نصيب من حالات الطلاق، حيث بلغ عدد هذه الحالات 2342 حالة بنسبة 8.1 بالمئة من إجمالي صكوك الطلاق، وكانت أعلى نسبة هي اليمنية بعدد 510 حالات، تليها الباكستانية بعدد 212، ثم الفلسطينية بعدد 171، ثم المصرية بعدد 155 صك طلاق.

وقد بلغ عدد حالات الطلاق في الرياض 4 حالات، و 53 حالة في مكة المكرمة، وحالتين في عسير، و38 حالة في المنطقة الشرقية، و 11 حالة في المدينة المنورة، وحالة واحدة في القصيم، وحالتين في جازان، وحالة واحدة في تبوك، وحالة واحدة في حائل، و 7 حالات في نجران، وحالة واحدة في الباحة، وحالتين في الحدود الشمالية، وقد بلغ مجموع حالات طلاق سعوديات من أجانب في المملكة 123 حالة.

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين . أما بعد :
لا يجوز المسح على الجورب القصير؛ فمن شروط المسح على الخفين أن يغطي محل الفرض، والجورب الذي يظهر منه الكعب لم يغطي محل الفرض.
وعلى هذا لا يجوز المسح عليه. والله تعالى أعلم.
