عند أرسال أي مقطع أو ملف يرجى مراعاة أختصار الملف في رابط... لأسباب كثره منها:
- مراعاة عدم امتلاء الـ inbox للمستقبلين وخصوصاً لو كان بكورس و لا أجازه.
- نفتك من انذارات الـ IT ورسائلها اللي تحذر من أرسال رسائل لا تتعلق بالعمل.
- الروابط مفيده خاصة للملفات المرفقه اللي حجمها كبير.
طريقة تجنبك هذا كله, برفع الملف في موقع تحميل, و اختصر الرابط الطويله..
